Great one night stay a the apartment. Large two bedroom, two bath apartment with a modern kitchen. Very near the beach and in the center of town. Only wish we had more time in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Large and clean apartment in Ostia We only stayed one night (less than 24 hours), but the apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly want for your stay (most of which we didn’t use). It was by far the organized in the sense of a detailed book about how things worked and other information on the area. The owner was lovely and very response. She was also very flexible in regards to check in etc. Ammsure that depends on other bookings etc as we were there on the off season. Should we need to stay in Ostia again this is a very good choice

Schöne Wohnung. Leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen… Mann müsste etwas renovieren… Gerade die Bad Armaturen. Für Italienische Verhältnisse alles gut. Für Deutsche, einfach und funktional. Wer kein Luxus erwartet kann dort super Urlaub machen.

Noisy and hot

Department is outdated but ok. 1 couch for 4 to sit when we were 6. They said there are towels for shower and beach. We had 4 towels for 6 people. We had heat wave but no way to cool down. Windows opens up to back of fish restaurant so smell and no AC. The street noise was bad every night - from the 5 nights we didn’t sleep at all - garbage trucks, street cleaning, people on the street and at the restaurants. Close to beach but you have to pay to go to the beach, 700m from grocery store. No, and I mean no parking within 500m. I would rather pay double than book this again. They also only told us the day before we arrived that there are people working outside on the building. They said only painting no noise. But they were drilling all the time and smoked so again no open windows. We are exhausted from the department- not the holiday

Just as advertised a lovely flat near the sea

I stayed with my wife and two older children and it worked wonderfully. Everything was clean and ready for us. The owners are amazing people that were helpful and available if you needed them. The kitchen is a good size and easy to cook in. There are numerous restaurants nearby and gelato parlors (our favorite places). We felt much more at home here than in Rome. We were able to travel from our last flat next to the coliseum to this one in less than an hour and cost 1 euro 50 per person.

Great apartment close to Rome and the sea

A very spacious, clean, and well equipped apartment. Easy walking distance to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owner, Sonia, was very welcoming and helpful, with excellent communication before and during our stay. Parking is on the street, and can be difficult, but with patience you will find a spot.

Appartamento spazioso e in posizione perfetta

L'appartamento é spazioso, pulito, a due passi da fast food, supermercati, ristoranti messicani giapponesi cinesi e di ottima cucina italiana. A 100 metri dalla spiaggia, questo appartamento é una scelta sicura e irremovibile per i miei prossimi viaggi a ostia lido.
