It is less than 100 meters from the beaches free or equipped with locker rooms, cabins, hot showers, umbrellas, deck chairs, bars, restaurants, spa, swimming pools and opportunities for water sports. 4 km away are the archaeological excavations of Ostia Antica, (ex port of Ancient Rome) and the center of Rome can be reached in 30 minutes by shuttle train .. Not far from the 'apartment is located on the pine forest of Castel Fusano, ideal for beautiful walks in the green or cycling or horse riding. A few minutes away from the apartment are: supermarkets, organic food store, butcher, fishmonger, local market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, medical practices, natural medicine center, hospital emergency room doctor and the train station. The apartment is equipped with: washer, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet. The residence is an ideal accommodation for anyone visiting Rome and its surroundings and at the same time enjoy a relaxing stay.

Stayed here 3 nights at the end of an Umbrian trip so we coulr have a couple of days on the beach and be close to the airport for an early flight. It all worked well amd the flat is a great location and well equipped as well as reasonable value. Recommend.

Wonderful property for staying if you want to get away from the busy atmosphere of Rome for a few nights. Clean, great view and the owner, Domenico couldn't be more helpful. The location is great with a short walk to the sea!! Lots of shops and restaurants. Very highly recommend the apartment as well as working with the owner.

10/10 would recommend and stay at again. Host Domenico was fantastic! Great communication and eager to help. He met us at the property and we even got lucky and he held a parking spot for us since it was available when he called us. Very cute apartment that cozily fit all 5 of us. Air-conditioning worked great. Two minisplit systems that cooled us down at night perfectly. Clean and comfy. We loved our stay and how close to food and the beach it was. Don't pass this one up. Book it!

This was a very nice one room flat with a nice view. The host was very helpful and friendly. Lots of shops nearby. This apartment was on the third floor so it was a workout the first day. However once settled in we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 weekend. Close to bus and train transportation. Close to sea. Love that cafe bars, pizza, gelato, and other restaurants are within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly positioned apartment just a stroll to the beach. The beach was a beautiful spot for a walk with fantastic views on one side of you and the other lined with different shops and restaurants/cafes to stop and enjoy the coffee or a fabulous gelato. The apartment is nice. Booked it because I thought I read two rooms but was only one bedroom with 2 beds ( 1 double very firm bed and 1 single cot). Nice location for Lido Di Ostia. Owner provided information for area and how to get into Rome.

3 Night Stay

The apartment in Lido Di Ostia boasts a truly superior location. We were delightfully close to the beach, train, and an array of wonderful restaurants. The only drawbacks were the 6 flights of stairs with no lift, which might be challenging for some. However, this wasn't a major concern for us. Overall, a commendable stay and highly recommended for those who prioritize location.
