Imagine waking up in the morning and your first view of the day is that of seagulls flying by or boats floating down the river. This is a reality when you stay with us! This street level suite features an open concept complete with everything you need to make memories that last a lifetime. When you walk through the door of your private entrance, you will notice the sleek white background infused with dark browns and black. Large picture windows in the living area will provide you with sunrise views and natural lighting throughout the unit. The plush sofa provides a comfortable spot to search the web with free WiFi or to enjoy the flat screen television equipped with 200+ satellite channels including premium movie channels. To your left, you can't help but notice the beautiful custom kitchen complete with granite countertops and all of the comforts of home including microwave, ceramic cooktop stove with electric oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, modern dining, and all the utensils and cookware necessary to prepare a quick snack or a complete dinner. Just off of the living area, you will find the color-coordinated bath with a large walk-in shower. Hidden behind a closet door you will find a full-sized washer/dryer as well any laundry supplies that may be needed. Plush towels and a professional blow dryer have also been provided for your comfort. The private bedroom is crown jewel of this unit! Large windows overlooking the river with Mount Baldhead as the backdrop will beckon you to stay in bed all day – or at least long enough for a dreamy breakfast in bed. You will find the plush queen-sized bed lined with ultra-soft sheets and multiple pillow choices more than comfortable. The room also has a flat-screen television as well as a full closet stocked with extra bedding as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience. An alarm clock is also provided if you find yourself in need of keeping a schedule. Some extra perks include heated floors throughout the unit, personal air-conditioning system, waterfront patio with bistro table and chairs. Clean, Cozy Getaway

We liked how new the unit was, especially in a town without a lot of new properities. It was on the water which was really nice and relaxing - watching the boats go by. The other nice part was how easy it was to walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

A lovely week was spent here. The property was great, with comfortable furnishings, ample housewares and supplies, and a superb location. Very quiet at night and excellent river views. A bit far from the downtown shopping, if you have some mobility issues, but during our time here (off season) it was easy to drive the few blocks and parking was not a problem.

Wonderful accommodations

The apartment itself was wonderful: clean, up to date. The property owner was very nice and concerned for our comfort. Detractors that would cause us to not rebook would be lack of dedicated parking (we all know how difficult it is to find parking in Saugatuck!) and the lack of privacy on the patio with the coming and going of people who rent slips at the marina.

Long weekend

Great location at the end of town right on the water’s edge. Private back dock area perfect for sitting and watching the boats go by. It’s a short 5 minute walk to downtown. Will definitely stay again! The owners were great!
