About this property

Pool view. Upstairs unit & workspace

GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We have BBQ grills you can use along with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Gulfside Resort is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS community!

The space
Unit 3 is a 1 bed/1 bath unit on the second floor with a king bed and a queen pull out sofa sleeper that over looks the pool. It has approximately 550 Sq Ft with comfortable seating and a back porch that is shared with unit 2. All of our units have split air conditioners that are efficient and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with microwave, dishwasher, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Wonderful place!

We loved every minute of our stay at Gulfside. The room was great. Comfy bed and cold AC. Beautiful pool and a quick walk to the beach or bay. The owner Jim was so friendly and accommodating. Even helping us out in a pinch when our family needed to move from their drama filled motel to our place at the last minute. We will definitely be back. Thanks!!!!!

Enjoyed our first stay in St. Petersburg

Great stay at a very nice small resort. Proprietors were extremely nice and helpful. All amenities we needed and everything was extremely clean. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Beautiful pool. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Jim and Kathy are great! Location!

Great place. Clean. Friendly. Quiet. Best location for so many bars and restaurants and walks in the beach. 2.5 miles to Don Cesar and treat yourself to a Bloody Mary.
