Just ok

We encountered roaches as soon as we came into the condo. We’re killing at least 12-15 roaches a day, mostly at night. Most were in kitchen but, also in bathroom, bedroom & living area. My husband at one point pulled out the refrigerator and there were many dead and living roaches. Furnace filter was filthy also and bathroom fan was clogged up with debris. Property manager was attentive to offer to spray unit and did give us a new furnace filter. The unit with just a little effort could have been better. Two teaspoons for example is not enough and frying pan was all scratched up. House keeper left many long hairs in tub and could have cleaned floors better. Location was perfect and layout of condo was perfect! Also did not like the fact we had to pay to do our laundry.

Perfect for our needs.

Condo was just as described in a nice quite neighborhood. Clean with comfortable beds. Easy walk to numerous restaurants and attractions.

Love Sarasota

Great rental right in the center of all Sarasota has to offer. Rental is on second floor of a small set of apartments in the historic district. Short walk to Main Street. Comfortable beds and furniture and sparkling clean.

Clean, quiet and convenient

This property was very clean and easily accessible to downtown. It was also a short drive to the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
