Welcome to Bonita Springs - Our Piece of Paradise!

Our Condo is an end unit located west of 41 in the secure gated community of Vanderbilt Lakes in Bonita Spring, FL.
Our 2nd floor unit is quiet and private. It is centrally located, close to beaches and golf. Bonita, Barefoot, Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches are all within a 5 minute drive.
The community boasts two heated pools and hot tubs, one of which can be viewed from our lanai. Play a round of tennis on the association court, rackets and balls are in the unit. Tennis court is available for pickleball of limited days each week.
Split floor plan make it ideal for couples or extended family.

The unit is professionally cleaned and has all you need to call this home for a season. Towels, linens, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella.

Why they chose this property

Location Location Location - Lovers of the sun, surf and golf, we have always wanted to live close to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. West of 41, this unit offers us the beach life we love and keeps us close to all the other amenities of the Naples area. An easy ride from the airport, this is our quick escape from the cold NE winters and will eventually be our retirement home.

What makes this property unique

Ever see the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico? It is a surreal experience. Just bring your favorite friends, your favorite cocktail and a beach chair, then enjoy one of nature's most marvelous shows.
