Let this beautiful condo, located in Bonita Springs, be your Florida Oasis. It offers approximately 1300 spacious square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It features a clean, contemporary feel as well as a washer and dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher.

This open concept condo is a first floor unit located in the quiet, well maintained Gardens at Bonita Springs. It is conveniently located just east of Old 41 near Livingston Road. This gives you easy access to all this area has to offer. The condo is approximately 4 miles from the beautiful Gulf coast and Bonita Beaches and is also just 2.5 miles from the highway, approximately 6 miles to Coconut Point Shopping Center and restaurants and 9 miles to Miromar Outlet mall. It is located minutes from the local library, golf courses, a large park with tennis and basketball courts, and several grocery stores as well as additional shopping and restaurants. This condo is also just 20 minutes from the Fort Myers airport and a short drive away from both Naples and Fort Myers Beach.

The condo's community features a beautiful clubhouse with a state of the art fitness room, a heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables, playground and a picnic / BBQ area. These wonderful amenities are all located just across the drive from this unit.

The condo itself features a large kitchen and dining area with a table to seat six, Keurig coffee brewer, and a separate laundry area. The living area features a pull out sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a screened in lanai with sliding glass doors. The master suite offers a comfortable queen size bed, attached bath, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the unit for privacy and features two twin size beds, a large dresser, and a large closet. The guest bath is located just around the corner and features a sink, full tub and shower. Tile and neutral carpeting are throughout this relaxing space.

Fine place

Very well equipped condo in a great location. Host was very responsive. Only bad thing was the parking spot is in a bad location especially after rain storms and when the sprinklers are on. There are large puddles around the car so the passenger gets wet. We solved it by parking in the adjacent guest parking spots. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We absolutely love the Bonita Springs. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained at the Gardens which creates a relaxing getaway. We also love the condo's proximity to the beaches, shopping and dining.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful palm trees and hibiscus that can be seen out the back of the lanai as well as the large heated community pool.
