fully furnished and equipped (WIFI + TV)
Ground floor: WC, fitted kitchen with washing machine, ceramic stove, electric microwave oven, dishwasher, electric coffee makers and Nespresso) large living and dining room. 1 independent bedroom with double bed, walk-in shower room
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with storage including 1 bedroom with double bed and child's bed, a second bedroom with double bed and a children's bedroom with 3 single beds. TV sofa landing. Bathroom bath, shower. Toilet. 1 shower room
Bed and bathroom linen is provided at an additional cost of 70 euros.
TGV access from Paris in 1 hour 40 minutes or Angoulême airport is easy.
Barbecue, swimming pool equipment, games for children and adults books.
The cleaning if you wish is 60 euros.

A relaxed time

Our family of four had a pleasant stay at this charming property. Agnes was a lovely host and made us welcome at short notice. The peace and quiet was lovely.

La maison est spacieuse, et décorée avec goût. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sans exception sur la terrasse, et le jardin est un vrai havre de paix. La maison est située dans une impasse, au calme absolu.La propriétaire est charmante, et a été adorable avec nos enfants qui allaient emprunter livres et BD chez elle.

La maison est très spacieuse le jardin est magnifique la piscine est bien intégrée dans le décor la propriétaire est très accueillante en bref c'est une adresse à retenir!

Très bel endroit hyper calme qui permet de se ressourcer. ..

Nous avons été accueilli par Agnès qui a multiplié les attentions pour nous être agréable.Mes 2 petits enfants ont trouvé plein de jeux ,livres à leur disposition. Ils étaient ravis.le jardin est très beau et juxte la piscine Un bel endroit à découvrir..

De vraies vacances!

Une grande maison charmante, très bien aménagée, un jardin magnifique et une piscine très agréable, tout ça dans un calme absolu! Un grand merci à sa charmante propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour.

Séjour très agréable en Charente dans cette belle demeure au calme avec sa piscine entièrement privée. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Je recommande cette location pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis.
