Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Clam Bay, and the nature preserve from this spacious 16th floor St. Nicole condo in beautiful Pelican Bay. The open floor plan with stunning views from every room provides a light and airy feel.

Enjoy the on-site pool, hot tub, and exercise room, or take the Pelican Bay tram to either of two private beaches from the building’s own tram stop. You’ll have full access to all the Pelican Bay amenities, including tennis, fitness center, private beach-side restaurants, and beautiful white sand beaches with chairs and umbrellas provided.

The condo’s main living area opens to a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Clam Bay. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower. It provides direct access to a screened-in lanai that’s perfect for enjoying Gulf breezes and breathtaking sunsets. The second bedroom is set up as an office but offers a queen size Murphy bed and a walk-in closet. Wi-Fi internet access and cable TV in both the living room and master bedroom are included.

This unit has everything you’ll need. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and includes a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, cookware, dishes, silverware, and glassware. All towels and bed linens are provided and there's an in-unit clothes washer and dryer.

Sorry, St. Nicole Condo Association rules prohibit renters from having children under the age of 16 or pets. They also require all renters to pass a credit and background check. Smoking is not permitted in this unit.

Lovely Stay

We just returned home from a lovely stay at the St Nicole. The condo was immaculately clean, outfitted with everything (and then some!) that we needed, and was located in the wonderful community of Pelican Bay. Joe was very responsive to emails/texts and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Joe!

Amazing View

Gorgeous views. Breathtaking. Nice building with amenities. The location is great and you can take advantage of what Pelican Bay offers. Comfortable. Nicely set-up. Well equipped kitchen. The owner, Joe, was responsive and thorough. Did I mention the view?

Amazing View

My wife and I spent an amazing month in this condo. The view is great giving the most amazing sunsets from the veranda. The condo was beautifully furnished, spotless and very well equipped. Joe was very responsive to any queries we had and the whole booking process was simple. Pelican Bay is a very unique place to stay with the two private beach clubs and the little trams that take you to the beach. We especially enjoyed walking the berm each morning and seeing the different wildlife. It was very hard to leave, we will definitely be back only wish we could stay longer!!

Exceptional Naples Escape

Beautiful, extremely well appointed condo in a very friendly building with all of the amenities of Pelican Bay at your doorstep. Fabulous sunsets happening nightly off your balcony or the screened-in lanai. Spacious, open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Very comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything you need, Tommy Bahama furniture to set the tropical mood. The condo has 2 bedrooms and one converts to an office that is perfect for someone that needs to have a peaceful office space. Walkable to the Waterside Shops, the famous Pelican Bay beach, and a short drive to 5th Avenue or 3rd Street. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and are eager to rent again when we visit Naples.
