Ideally located near the A87, the cottage is located in the countryside 2 minutes from Mortagne sur Sèvre and less than 10 minutes from Puy du Fou. Many activities await you: cultural, lively, sporting ... the Tourist Office of the Mortagnais country is there to guide you in your choices.

Covering an area of 125m², you will be seduced by its large fitted kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine ...) and open to the 50m² living room, framed by its solid stone walls height.

It has 3 beautiful bedrooms with "industry", "couture" and Ocean themes. The first two will welcome with 160 * 200 beds, the last offers 2 single beds of 90 * 190 and a bunk bed. All the beds are of hotel quality for your comfort.

The rest of the gîte is made up of a separate toilet, a large walk-in shower and a mezzanine for calm times (WiFi, TV, equipped children's corner ...).

Outside, 1500m² of landscaped garden with a view of Mortagne sur Sèvre. 2 terraces of 30m², one directly accessible from the kitchen. Barbecue, garden tables are available.

The little ones will appreciate the children's playground with its swing, for the older ones, the pétanque field is available.
