The condo was very inviting and easy to find within the building. The interior had a great urban vibe but not too crazy to keep us up at night. My only issue was that the view from the living room looked onto a parking lot, a trash dumpster and a freeway beyond. The neighborhood felt safe enough to walk through and there was a guy on a golf cart that would take you short distances for a fee.

Nice place not too far from downtown. Ubers were easy from this location. Do note that the bedroom with the king bed in it has a 3/4 height wall shared with the living room. So, there isn’t total privacy with that room which we didn’t realize when booking.

This property was absolutely perfect for my 50th birthday trip. We had seven ladies and we fit extremely comfortably. The common area was perfect and so was the kitchen. The location was walking to the Gulch and a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. The host was so helpful and communicative. The check in and out process was a breeze! We will go back! The main entrance was under construction but it did not interrupt our trip one bit!

The place was adorable and fit our needs. The location was great and in close proximity to Broadway and The Gulch. Property was equipped with plenty of towels and extra pillows, which is a must for me. The door code did not work upon arrival but the owner was available and handled immediately. I would highly recommend this property!

The complex worked well for our family. We had 3 separate units. The location was good us. There was a fair amount of construction going on, but did not create a problem. The pool was a little dirty

Nice and well maintained property

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, easily accommodated 6 people. Pool was nice, and this rental provided a ton of towels to accomodate. Everything you could ask for, highly recommend!

Mom's weekend away

The property was clean, very nicely decorated, the beds were super comfortable. We liked to walk, so it was not a bad walk to anything but also just a quick uber away.
