Located on the first floor in a secure residence with indoor pool, the studio can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a stay with friends, it has all the comforts you need for a getaway on the Mediterranean coast: a living room furnished with a sofa, a mezzanine bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room as well as a cosy wooden terrace with a raised table and a Spa for relaxing after a day of exploring!
The beach is at your feet, accessible from the terrace via a small private path.

Accommodation:
This ground-floor studio, with a surface area of 20 m2, can accommodate up to two people.
You will have at your disposal:
- A main room furnished with a mezzanine bed (140x190), sofa, coffee table, TV and air conditioning.
- A functional kitchenette equipped with microwave, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator, hotplates, crockery, etc.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
For babies: High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request).

Exterior:
- An attractive wooden terrace with a raised dining table for your meals and aperitifs, as well as a Spa for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

In the residence:
- Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its sea-view terrace.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is at your disposal with a recharging place for electric vehicle.

Boasting an exceptional location, this apartment is situated in Le Grau d'Agde in a private residence with direct access to the beach.
5/10 min by car from the port of Cap d'Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlors, boutiques, Ferris wheel
as well as the leisure island, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
This location is ideal for a successful vacation.

If you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same location, we have 5 additional units available in this residence. We propose the following accommodations: Ares, Dionysos, Zephyr, Le littoral and Villa Athéna. Each unit can be booked independently.
