El apartamento estaba muy limpio, al lado de la playa y de todos los comercios. Stephan fue muy agradable y atento. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una lavadora, por lo demás, repetiríamos sin duda.

Nous avons passés 14 jours magnifique que dire de plus ,tous étais parfait le soleil la plage les ballades le long de la mer ,les magasins resto ou autres a proximités pas besoin de prendre la voiture ,bref je remercie les propriétaires pour ce magnifique séjour ,vivement l'année prochaine .

Appartement idealement situé

L'Appartement est idealement situé. Au premier etage avec ascensceur près de la porte d'entrée, en le prenant on arrive directement dans la rue des commerces (epicerie, boucherie, poissonerie, 2 boulangeries, glaciers, restaurants...). Puis il suffit de marcher quelques mètres pour être sur la plage La plage est idéale pour des enfants en bas âge: surveillée, très peu de profondeur pendant de nombreux mètres. Peu de grosses vagues car dans une crique. L'appartement est petit, mais reste fonctionnel. Il manque quelques rangements pour les vetements. La clim est tres agréable pendant les fortes chaleurs. La terasse est super, avec une partie couverte et une partie non. Elle donne sur la piscine et la mer au loin. La chambre cabine est petite mais elle a une armoire et un lit superpose. Petit bemol car elle est assez bruyante (donne sur le couloir où les personnes font du bruits en rentrant, et sur le côté rue où il y a de nombreuses animations en période estivale). Ça peut etre derangeant pour des enfants sensibles au bruit la nuit. Les propriétaires sont supers, ils prennent le temps de nous accueillir et de nous expliquer les choses. Ils mettent a disposition plein de materiel pour les enfants en bas âge ce qui est vraiment un plus ! N'hésitez pas a leur demander pour ne pas vous encombrer pour rien! Ils disposent d'un second hébergement juste a côté pour venir avec une autre famille avec chacun son logement. Nous reviendrons sûrement ! SEt

Tres belle semaine au cap d agde, en mode detente piscine plage ! Appartement idealement placé, vue imprenable, bien équipé et agencé. Très bon accueil des proprietaires.

Fidèle à l'annonce, très bon séjour

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire Annonce fidèle à ce que nous avons découvert sur place Nous étions avec un enfant de 2 ans et cet appartement dispose, entre autre, d'une chaise haute et d'un lit parapluie. Nous avons donc pu voyager plus léger 👍

Un séjour très agréable !

Tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour ! Parking fermé avec place attitrée, résidence sécurisée, logement très bien équipé et décoré, douche spacieuse et climatisation agréable ! Petite terrasse bien aménagée avec vue sur piscine et mer accessible à pied. Commerces et boutiques (mail de rochelongue) devant la porte. Propriétaire réactif, disponible et sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bien situé et logement très propre

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables proche des commerces et de la plage, mais nous regrettons la présence de plusieurs groupes de jeunes qui ont fait régulièrement la fête très tard la nuit en dépit du règlement. Petit bémol pour la restriction de la jouissance de la piscine, uniquement l'après midi et l'interdiction de s'assoir en serviette autour en raison du Covid. Hormis ces 2 points, cela reste un endroit très sympatique.

Malheureusement il arrive que certains propriétaires louent à des jeunes qui ne respectent pas la tranquillité des autres vacanciers. C’est bien regrettable mais nous n’en sommes pas responsables et ne pouvons pas prévoir ce genre de désagrément. Nous en sommes bien désolés. Quant à l’ouverture de la piscine uniquement les après-midis, c’est exceptionnel. En effet, le syndic a suivi les recommandations de l’ARS qui préconisait une ouverture en juillet et août uniquement si celle-ci était surveillée. Le conseil syndical a décidé également que la plage de la piscine resterait cette année encore « dynamique » sans pose de serviettes, il y a malgré tout un grand jardin juste à côté pour s’y installer. Nous espérons retrouver l’été prochain un fonctionnement normal de la piscine.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

De bonnes prestations dans le logement avec des commerces à proximité idéal pour faire quelques courses d'appoint et pour profiter d'un verre ou d'un restaurant sans prendre la voiture. Une plage à proximité également de la résidence avec des bancs de sables qui créent des pataugeoires artificielles, top pour les enfants en bas âge. La piscine est un + pour finir de se délasser en fin de journée.
