This 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home is located in great location in sunrise beach, west side of the Ozarks, close to Laurie, Mo. Located at the 8 mm of the Osage, very close to the water bars and restaurants, across from bass point, located in a excellent cove location, great fishing , comes with private dock. There is a marina and boat ramp on the same road as the rental house. We have added a 12 ft aluminum fishing boat with ores for the fisherman on the trip. The dock also has a ladder for swimming. The home is at end of paved road, very private shaded location includes direct TV, everything furnished, linens included!

Lovely Little end of the Cove

Great getaway w puppers. We enjoyed having the privacy of the end of the road/ woods and the cove end. Fished, patio sat-nice views, fire pit used, HaHa Tonka hikes, it was a pleasant experience. Place was perfect for us.

Good Quiet Week

Third time and still love it!

This was our third time here, the place was very clean inside and out. It’s a perfect location for our needs. We love hanging by the firepit, on the dock, and floating in the quiet calm cove. Saw lots of wildlife and had some awesome peaceful alone time. Will be back for a fourth time for sure! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your home!

acceptable older rental on the lake

This is an older rental on the lake, but was perfectly acceptable for our needs for the weekend. Sort of hidden at the end of the access road in the area, so don't rely on your GPS to get you here correctly. Parking may be tight depending on your vehicle. I'd consider staying at the property again in the future.

Waterfront getaway

We loved how close to the water the home was and that we were the last house on the street! The fishing was great! Kids were catching green sunfish as soon as we got there and could see carp swimming around. We caught a total of 5 catfish in just 1 night! It was great. We will definitely be back.

Always a great time due to the amazing location.

Been here several times and staying again Labor Day weekend. One issue was VRBO says sleeps 6 and the sleeper sofa was a regular sofa. Teenagers didn’t mind too terribly just glad it wasn’t an older couple. Owner offered to bring an air mattress but wasn’t necessary for our short trip. Sad it’s for sale. We will be back for our 6th time soon. Bug spray needed at night by firepit area!!

The privacy is key. Loved it here. My dog did have a little trouble on the rocks and the yard is a little steep if you per has hip issues.

Quiet and secluded

Older trailer at the very end of the cove. Very secluded. Everything is provided by the hosts. Nice time had by all. DO NOT bring your own boat to this property as there is not room to turn around. Leave it at the marina parking lot.

Labor Day Getaway

Beautiful area, the inside was very neat & clean, a couple of things that bothered us, a water leak that you can tell has been ongoing left the carpet wet when you walked into the back bedroom & black mold on the wall (been painted, but still bleeding thru), no lightbulbs in lamps or numerous burnt out lightbulbs, the outside ground could have been so welcoming & beautiful but was quite disappointing to us as it looked like no one had picked up the yard or hammered in nails sticking out of the steps going down to the dock, lights on the railing hanging loose & didn't work, overall it was ok, changes would have to be made for us to book this place again.

Thank you for the review, I was aware of the wash machine that leak on the floor, it and some other Maintance is scheduled for repair this month, the decorative lites do need to be removed, this trailer is not for everyone, it’s secluded in a nice quiet cove with lots of trees, I hope you check back sometime so I can have these and other issues taken care, it’s been a very busy summer in this business, again thanks for your review, Greg

Relaxing Weekend Away

This was a wonderful relaxing weekend away from home! The location was perfect! It was located close enough to town to be able to get groceries and such but still secluded enough to enjoy the quiet of nature. We fished from the dock, took the canoe for a spin, caught a ton of fish, relaxed and refreshed. It was just the boyfriend and I for this trip, but we will definitely be bringing the kiddos for the next stay, they will love swimming right off the dock! It is a safe area, very quiet, and so much wildlife right up close! Deer in the front yard, blue herons near the dock…stunning! Absolutely recommend this property!

A Quiet, Peaceful Property

We so enjoyed our stay tucked away in the quiet little cove! The home was perfect for our get away! We used the private dock to relax and watch the fish, ducks and turtles swim around and to keep our Sea Doo secured. The cove within a cove was a great place to ride and play! This was a great property for the money. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Vaca

We stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. My only complaints would be that I do not like bugs ( ants and bees everywhere) and my dog hated all the rocks. Neither could ruin our trip. The fishing was good and we took advantage of the canoe. We would stay again. Thank you Greg
