Studio overlooking coconut grove, 2 minutes from the beach and pool!

Located in Anse des Rochers in Saint François, I was refurbished and located on the 1st floor of the residence. I have a nice view of the coconut grove. Small bonus, from the balcony, you can see the turquoise waters of the sea.

I have a nice bathroom with a shower (to wash after the beach), a toilet (it can be useful when we eat too spicy), a bedroom with a bed (to sleep after a long day of idleness) and an equipped kitchen (sink for washing vegetables, vitro hob for local cooking, ...) on the terrace with a bed.

I provide you with bath towels (so that you can save weight in the suitcase to bring more rum) as well as the sheets.

As it is hot here, I am lucky to have a new and silent individual air conditioning (for naps). Because I also like that people are well dressed, I have a washing machine, an iron.

My exteriors are simply magnificent. I am placed between the 1300m² infinity pool with its deckchairs and the superb Anse des Rochers beach with its restaurant.
For the more athletic, a tennis court and a pétanque court are available.

Because happiness rhymes with security, guards watch over you for your serenity.

In order to keep my young and pretty appearance, I want my smoking friends to respect me.
Our companions with 4 or without legs, 2 wings, fins, scales, feathers, etc ... are not accepted.

If the broom is not your friend, I offer a cleaning package at 50 €.
A deposit of 30% of the total price will be required upon booking. In case of cancellation, it will not be returned.
Full payment must be made no later than 1 week before arrival.
A deposit of € 500 will be requested for the bracelets for access to the swimming pool, the magnetic entry card and the visitor pass.
Arrival is from 4 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m.
