This property is managed by Narragansett Properties, we are available to guests when needed.
Located in a cozy neighborhood you will find this home features very nice outdoor spaces. Drop into nearby Narrow River (connecting to Narragansett Beach) for paddle boarding, kayaking, boating. You are welcome to bring your own water sports gear or you can rent gear from a local rental company.

From this location, you are only a short walk away from Fuel Coffee Bar, Twin Willows, Brickley's, etc!

Family August Vacation

House was great for 8 adults, 6 kids. Further drive (15 min or so) from Scarborough state beach than expected or realized. Bonnet Shores is close but unable to access even while on a run or walk—strictly private. Overall spacious but further from accessible beach than desired. Finished basement was a plus with the exceptionally wet week. Incredible ice cream within walking distance. Only one bathroom on second floor and access through master bedroom, which is a little inconvenient in the middle of the night. Overall pleasant experience. If had an outdoor shower that would be a plus (though was not expecting as was not listed when looking at property—just making a recommendation)!

Not the best for the money

The house was nice but the layout was poor. You have to navigate the large table in the kitchen. The kitchen supplies were minimal. The living room was uncomfortable to watch tv. The family room downstairs was the best feature of the house. A couple of things I wish this place had an outdoor shower and a fire pit. I spent less money in previous years for better houses. So I felt like I didn’t get my moneys worth. On a good note the location isn’t bad and the neighborhood was nice. A cute cat comes by for visits which was nice.

Great RI family vacation!

We had a wonderful time, the location was great close to various beaches, walking distance to the ice cream shop! Enough space, updated and clean. A/C but also an amazing cool breeze! Great basement for kids to hangout play fooseball/watch TV

My family had a wonderful vacation at this property! It was clean, well maintained, and close to all Narragansett has to offer! I highly recommend it for your vacation destination.
