Perfect Location to Enjoy Helen

Upon arrival we were given clear directions for accessing this property and everything was super clean. A perfect size for two, although I do believe the living room couch is a pull out bed so it would accommodate four comfortably as well. The best part was the location. This property is right on the outside of the Main Street in Helen so it is perfect walking distance to literally everything you need but also quiet and secluded enough when you want to get away from all of the action. We barely used the car except for when we took the quick 6 minute drive to Unicoi State Park (which I highly recommend visiting for zip lining, hiking, and site seeing). All around a great stay!

NICE, but things NEEDED:

The Kitchen needs a present world can opener : as splatter screen and the freezer needs and automatic ice maker . The doors need openable blinds or curtains.. the heating system filters may have problems as the temp from the vents get progressively hotter to a much much higher temps that i hav ever observed any where before.

Very cute private entry rental in a property with multiple rentals!

This is a nicely renovated, very stylish 1bd 1 bath rental with a well appointed kitchen and living area! Very nice linens, firm mattress. Great location-right on the edge of main street Helen. It's across from Hofer's bakery and right next to the general store! I did only give an okay rating for cleanliness because things were very dusty (dresser and nightstand in bedroom, baseboards, mantle, coffee table). Also, the front door and rocking chairs on the front porch had lot of spider webs on them. If it was in this state due to it not being booked often I would feel better but it looks like its often booked so could use a thorough clean! Overall we loved the place and the location if the cleaning was addressed we would stay here again!

As someone who typically travels with enough disinfectant wipes to stock a small hospital, I'm thrilled to report that this Helen, GA gem passed my microscopic inspection with flying colors. (woohoo) Not only did it look exactly like the photos (a miracle in itself), but it was so spotless I actually slept through the night without wondering what lurked beneath the bed.The trifecta of clean – looks clean, IS clean, and smells clean – was achieved here in a way that would make Marie Kondo weep tears of joy. Lol! Add in the perfect location that puts you within stumbling distance of Helen's best attractions and restaurants, and you've got yourself a winner.Consider this my official seal of approval: we'll be back. The family's getting the recommendation whether they want it or not, and I'm thankful and grateful that my travel anxiety has finally taken a vacation, too. Five stars and a perfectly sanitized thumbs up!

Nice Place

Great location. Next door to a store that has groceries, wine, beer etc. Very clean and accommodating. The only note is whoever gets the fold out sofa will have to deal with some traffic noise.

**Great Stay, But Some Minor Hiccups*

The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was fantastic—just a one-minute walk from Helen City Square, making it easy to explore. However, finding the place was a bit tricky since the street number wasn’t displayed, causing a delay despite the GPS showing the correct spot. Additionally, internet details were supposed to be provided but never arrived, which was inconvenient. Despite these small setbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I had a great stay!
