Good Morning! We are excited to have you stay with us! Here are all your check-in details. Please let us know if you need anything.

**Please make sure you hit the lock button on both your room and the front door when leaving.** You may have to pull the door tight in order for lock to set fully.

Check -in is at 4pm. Please do not arrive before this time.

To get in touch with me during the hours of 8am – 10pm, please use the messaging system through the booking app.

Quite Hours are 11pm-8am. This is throughout the entire building. Please be considerate of others during these hours.

Once checked in we have located on the fridge two different QR Codes. One is the Wi-Fi QR code. The other is a QR code that will directly link you to the Helen Welcome center website. They do an incredible job with all the information on all the local eateries, shopping and things to do.

Once checked in you will notice a few extra things we provide to get you through the first night and morning in case you might have forgotten anything.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is a checkout list located on the back door of you studio style room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside the studio and regularly moved to the dumpster.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. • No cooking of any kind shall take place outside of your suite.

The PERFECT suite

We absolutely LOVED this location. We've been to the area multiple times but this will be our new go-to place. You cannot beat the location and the room was extremely nice. It made the trip so much better.

Great little mini vacation spot

We had a great time in Helen, GA. The modern minimalist suite was perfect for our little getaway weekend. Adorable suite, everything we needed, & in a great location downtown.

located on the outskirts of the small town, but excellent to reach everything. Quiet location and all the comfort you need for short and long stays. Rooftop is ideal for spending pleasant evenings, barbecue available

Great studio!

The studio was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and I loved how it’s within walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend staying here.

Trendy and clean apartment

New apartment. Beautifully decorated. Big kitchen and full size fridge. We were only there one night but if we had stayed longer the kitchen would have been very handy. Easy parking for 1 vehicle. Great location. We could have walked to multiple restaurants but it was pouring rain so we drove. Would stay there again.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Very convenient quiet and for the most part clean. I only had a couple of suggestions that would help make anyone else's stay exceptional. The shower is beautiful!! But it really needs a Grab bar. A full-length mirror inside the closet door would be a huge help. For the cleaning service more attention to the cleanliness of the floor is necessary. grab bar.

Weekend vacation

I was impressed with the studio apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Only problem I had was not getting my entrance codes sent to me the day of check-in. Call and message thr host and received assistance quickly. Also, they need to state the name of the building on the address ond the the reservation.
