"Welcome to Masseria Quadrelli: an oasis of elegance in the heart of Salento"

In the heart of Salento, immersed in an olive grove, "Masseria Quadrelli" is located only 10 km from Otranto and a few km from Santa Cesarea Terme, famous known for its spa and the beautiful sea. It 'set in a garden of secular trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean, such as olive trees, oleanders, strawberry trees, figs, bucanville, broom, that scent the environment around the spectacular free-form pool, with integrated whirlpool. The Masseria Quadrelli is composed of the farm, the main building with 3 suites and 2 superior rooms and independent outbuildings, the 2 trulli and the 4 garden suites.

The farm overlooks the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and is spread over three floors. It has 3 large suites and 2 superior rooms, all with independent entrance from the outside.
On the ground floor, the elegant entrance leads to a large and refined living area with a double-sided fireplace that ideally separates the TV area and reading or relaxation area, characterized by a large window overlooking the surrounding olive trees. Also on the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen.

Also on the first floor there is the Quadrelli Suite, crowned with vaulted ceilings in Lecce stone and has a total surface of 260 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people and includes an elegant double bedroom with fireplace and a second double bedroom with bathroom private. In the large bathroom, attached to the main bedroom, a sumptuous circular bathtub is beautifully displayed.
Equipped with a large and exclusive terrace, overlooking the olive grove and the swimming pool, enriched by a colonnade, where you can leave to pleasant conversations and readings on comfortable sofas. The tones of the suite are warm red and gold in the main room and blue in the second bedroom, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.

The first floor includes the superior room colors gold / blue, with stunning views over the spectacular swimming pool. It has an area of ​​about 70 square meters, simple and elegant, with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and large veranda exclusive, equipped with gazebos and sofas. The tones of the room are cobalt blue and gold, creating a refined and elegant.

The first suite has an area of ​​about 80 square meters, it is a large loft with a large living room furnished with seating areas, large bedroom with king size bed and a bath room very spacious, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and bathtub for two people to line the floor. The tones of the suites are very natural: white, pale yellow, hazel, ivory natural stone colors typical of our land, creating a basic yet refined and delicate.
The second suite has an area of ​​about 90 square meters, with 4 beds. It is a large loft with a large living room furnished with seating areas, a large sleeping area with a king size bed, a large area with double bed and fireplace and a bathroom very spacious room, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and large stone bath. The tones are very natural, colors typical of our land, white, pale yellow, hazel, ivory natural stone that create a basic yet refined and delicate.
Still inside the Masseria we find the second superior room, which located at the swimming pool, overlooking the green garden. The 2 Trulli, immersed in the olive grove at a distance of about 50 m from the Masseria, are modeled on the ancient "pajare" Terra d'Otranto.
These buildings, originally created with the technique of dry stone, were used by farmers in the Terra d'Otranto, today become comfortable homes to stay in close contact with nature. They have an area of ​​about 70 square meters each and can accommodate up to 4 people. They are characterized by the presence of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a large and bright double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a patio exclusive and private, covered and equipped with barbecue. The décor recalls the simple but refined area of ​​the old farmhouses, where stone and wrought iron that creates an atmosphere of times.

4 Suite, romantic and spacious loft of about 100 square meters each, are independent and located under the olive trees, at a distance of about 50 m from the Masseria. Visitors can choose to pamper yourself in shades of red, green, yellow, or black / blue, which wrap each of these suites, decorated with a combination of flavors that range from modern designs to traditional materials.
