☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This spacious home has four designer bedrooms with seven beds to suit the whole family. The first bedroom is a mostly-white retreat with original hardwood floors, wispy curtains over a trio of windows, a cozy King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom is a bright, airy space with a king-size bed, neutral color tones, decorative light fixtures, and plenty of natural light. Bedroom three features two twin beds, and bedroom four has a Queen bed.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for three couples. We all had our own bathroom! Great location. Close to the zoo, museums and good restaurants. We were able to park one car in the garage and a truck in the driveway. Easy check in. We would stay here again.
Had great stay with all 5 of our kids for a rodeo weekend. Had room for everyone. Close walk to restaurants and cultural center attractions. Great location.
I love that we could enter with the garage code, or the code on the front door which made the check-in easy & accessible. The house was beautiful and perfect for the amount of adults we had staying. The host was gracious enough to have a brochure full of information including: recommend restaurants in the area, things to do, etc. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying at this w again in the future.
The house was very convenient to downtown and the interstate. It was in a very quiet area. The actual items in the living room were a bit altered from the pictures shown, but we don't get worked up about things like that. There were seven of us. We enjoyed our visit. The internet was out, but that was due to the storms. Any issues we faced, the owner was very prompt in taking care of it.
Lost of room and comfortable for a large group. Newly renovated, great AC in the heat, spacious, and clean. The photos of the listing appear to be from one of the other townhouses in the block, but they’re similar enough. Despite the no parties rule, the place looks like there has recently been a rager - significantly scuffed walls throughout and patches of fresh paint, a small hole in the bathroom door, master bed unstable, etc. Communication with the owner was quick and reliable, although we asked for more towels (there was only one upstairs for 4 beds), but never got any. Overall would stay again.
Great location. Spacious place fit 8 adults comfortably and we had extra beds. I loved the balconies and the house was nicely decorated and smelled nice.
Listing was correct for bedrooms and bathrooms.
The appliances weren’t user friendly
And most importantly there were not enough curtains!! The house at night lights up like a lighthouse. The house has huge windows which means people can see straight into the house.
The bedrooms have curtains but if you are sitting in the living room, going to the kitchen, using the half bathroom by the living room, going up and down the stairs, everyone can see you.
I want to give it 5 stars, but..... It is clean, and has nice spaces.

All hand soaps and shampoos were watered down.
Really cheap toilet paper.
Half bath on 2nd level has a big unshielded window that cheerfully greets the opposite apartments- right beside the commode. No hand towels in there. (Do they figure we won't use it? - maybe. )
Check out time is 10 am, not 11 am (I did appreciate the reminder e-mail about it) .. the cleaners arrived @ 8:30am.
Our experience renting this property was positive overall. The location of the property was in close proximity to a number of attractions and food places. The overall experience was a good one and I would stay here again.
The house is beautiful. Our stay was 3 days and the house looks just like the listing. Checking in was easy and the location is in 3 ward , close to all of the restaurants and bars we attended.
When we arrived we noticed the master bed was broken and propped up with a board. The sliding door in the living room wouldn’t lock. The upstairs queen bed was broken and the closet door knob was broken off the door. We called the owner to report and never got him to answer his phone. After 1 night we left and paid for rooms at the Holiday Inn at Kemal. We have tried to contact owner but still no answer. I don’t know if I would ever stay in a VRBO again.

Thank you again for staying with us Valerie. Upon your check out we didn't find any issues with the sliding door locking or the queen bed upstairs. I wish you could have elaborated on those issue to us. I did respond to your request and offered to have my handyman come over but you didn't want anyone in the house due to covid. The King frame had a crack on the frame but we secured it with boards. You were in contact with me after you left because we discussed your refund. I'm sorry you felt the home is worth 1 star, we would disagree and would be happy to make it up to you
Wonderfully appointed, luxurious home in great neighborhood.
Beautiful property with everything you need for a short or long stay. Location is great, easy walking distance to Montrose, parks, etc. The kitchen is fantastic, the house was super clean, and the beds and bathrooms are comfortable and luxurious. The only negatives were the proximity to 59, which means constant and loud road noise, lack of blackout shades in the master bedroom (makes it hard to sleep past daybreak and room isn't dark at night due to streetlights), and inability to control a/c for the house (despite there being zones for every floor none of them appear to exert any control on the a/c. We had to use the electrical fuse box in the garage to turn the a/c on and off). Overall it was fantastic, except at night with the road noise.
