The villa was spacious and relaxing. The pool was great for cooling off. The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and efficient Lots of dust when out and about this time of year A quick walk to an incredible beach. Lots of great restaurants. Roberto was great

Perfect stay in paradise!

We had a fantastic time at Roberto's Villa. The place was very clean, beautiful and well stocked with all essentials. They even had locally-made soap/cream/shampoo/conditioner for us to use. House had all tools we needed to make meals with some breakfast food left for us - made for an easy meal our first morning there. Location was perfect for us and the gate made us feel secure - quiet enough that we could relax but close to everything, including a well stocked grocery/liquor store across the street. Very well thought out layout, beautiful outdoor bath and shower, pool got just enough sun and we were 5 minutes walk to the beach for sunset every night. We saw many monkeys and iguanas in the trees throughout the day. Roberto was easy to communicate with and helpful with recommendations for things to do. He also helped us retrieve our luggage as the airpline lost it and it needed to be delivered to the villa. Can't say enough good things. We will be back!!

Perfect

The house is super clean, soaps are provided, someone comes to clean the house everyday, the sheets and beds were very comfortable. The beach is a 2-3 min walk and on property! Owner is great at communication and recommendations. Our 17 year old loved having her own casita with amazing Wi-Fi!

Pura Vida - without a doubt!

First, part of me doesn’t want to write this review because then we may never find an open week again, but the owners were so incredibly lovely that I have to. The place is exactly as pictured, and the short 1 minute walk to the beach is simply through the manicured, sand and jungle backyard of their lot. Simple. The beach is amazing. Plenty of surfing for my husband and my 12 year old, and plenty of playing in the surf and on the beach for myself and my 5 year old. Walks along the beach gifted up so much sea life and huge tide pools. The beach is soft sand, not rocky as other areas are in Costa Rica. The casita and grounds are beautiful. A clean modern/contemporary aesthetic with a creative blending with nature with the outdoor showers (we all loved those!) The unit is cleaned daily and the staff is very nice. The beds are super comfy, they have a/c, fans and blackout shades. We would cook the fish my son caught some evenings. The kitchen has what you need and there is a grocery store right outside the property gates. They also offer laundry service, which we utilized. Also of note - you will feel very safe here. I’ve been more cautious in Mexico then I ever felt the need to be here. The owners, R + G, are very friendly, nice and helpful. They hooked me up with any excursion contact that we needed. They can also help with ATV rentals if desired. We just used our car rental (not a 4x4 either). You can walk to the heart of town, or bike, or ATV, etc. Each morning we would walk 5 minutes to a great cafe called El Patio for coffee and breakfast. They had some howler monkeys living in the trees above. Bottom line - my entire family fell in love with Santa Teresa, this place, the owners and the Costa Rican people in general. We have travelled extensively and this is our current favorite place. We will be back. Book it - you honestly won’t regret it and the memories… Pura Vida.
