As you turn onto the paver drive flanked by palms, you will get your first glimpse of this coastal home, a true paradise destination. The magic continues as you step through the entryway and into the open great room that dominates the first floor. The stately interior gives off a causal, yet luxurious coastal feel, with hardwood floors and coastal décor throughout. A comfortable seating ensemble makes up the living room, featuring a white couch and matching loveseat. The setup faces a flatscreen TV, convenient for indoor entertainment. The living area flows seamlessly into a large kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances and custom cabinetry. A granite-topped island includes four modern stools. A dining nook is located adjacent to the kitchen, where a table for four sits below a vintage chandelier. From the great room, guests can access an outdoor patio, which features multiple seating areas, a dining table, grill, and firepit. The outdoor patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal atmosphere with your family and friends.

In addition to the living area, the first level is also home to a beautiful guest bedroom. This room includes a full-sized bunk bed along with a full-size trundle underneath and has access to a full hall bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second level. A master suite incorporates a king-size bed, en-suite bath with soaking tub and dual vanities, and access to an outdoor balcony. Both second-level guest rooms have a queen-size bed private en-suite bath.

Besides the gracious living space, guests will enjoy the upscale amenities of this rental home and the Frangista Beach community. Amenities include a gated community pool and cabana with bathroom facilities and showers. The public beach access is very near by, so you can bet that you’ll be spending much of your vacation lounging under the Florida sun and swimming in the crystalline waves. Not only does the community offer great amenities, the location is also perfect for its beach guests. Popular restaurants, wine shops, and shopping outlets are all in close proximity. Other nearby amusements include the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. *Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.
