Step into luxury in this gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the Mediterranean townhome community of Miramar Beach Villas. Directly across the street from the beach, this pristine townhome has all that you could ask for with location, amenities, and style.

On the first floor you will be able to enjoy time with friends and family in this beautiful open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The modern luxurious finishes of the living room flow throughout this unit. There is plenty of space to enjoy a quick snack at the granite breakfast bar or a full meal at the dining table. Between the stainless steel appliances, fully loaded kitchen, and fabulous patio area with BBQ grill, you will feel right at home.

Also on the first floor is the 1st guest bedroom with a two queen sized beds and full bathroom. On the second floor you will one of two master bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. Also on the 2nd floor you will find another guest bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for the kids. On the 3rd floor you will find another master suite with king bed, bathroom, and balcony.

This vacation rental is close to the community pool but just a short stroll to the beach! The fun continues as you walk across the street to the private Miramar Beach Villas gated beach access where your family can experience the sugar white sands of the the Emerald Coast and splash in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

Beach Villa Supreme

Great property for a family beach vacation. Easy walk to beach access. Nice community swimming pool. The property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen has plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, appliances, etc. Our group of 14 had ample space to sleep, eat and play board games. Fun beach vacation!

Overall, this is a great property. The location is good and there were plenty of beds for everyone in our group! Just be mindful…it sleeps 12, but does not accommodate that many in the gathering areas. Living/dining/kitchen are cramped. The kitchen has an awkward layout, which made it difficult to cook and clean up in. There was also LOTS of roaches.

The location is excellent, situated just across the street from the beach. However, the overall cleanliness of the house requires improvement. We were informed that someone would come twice a week to clean the grill, but this never occurred during our one-week stay. Additionally, we were advised upon arrival that the dryer was not functioning but would be repaired the following day. Unfortunately, the entire week passed without any repair being completed, and no alternative solution was offered. This was particularly inconvenient for a family traveling with four children, especially since we relied on the amenities that had been advertised. For the price I definitely stay somewhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming down for a decade now and this stay at this location has been probably the most pleasant. The home was impeccable. The beds were extremely comfortable, thr home had everything we needed. The gift packages from the host was very nice with linen sprays and enough toilet paper for thr week for everyone. Attention to detail from thr host was not overlooked. The only thing we noticed was thr sink clogged downstairs and didn't drain well and we wished that the backyard had access around the home and not thru the bedroom which made it very hard to get the beach chairs or grill with out bothering someone's stuff. But very small issues compared to what you get and how clean it was. The home is close to the beach and had private access. We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: First of all, the pics are with a wide lens camera - everything looks big on pics but the living room is tiny - no where close to being big enough for 12 people. The front pic looks like its the entire house - but there are TWO rental units in it, again- deceptive. They had nothing stocked - tiny soaps in the bathroom, tiny soap in kitchen and only 2 pods of dishwasher. Nothing stocked in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. Bedrooms were fine but again, loose headboards, old frames. Poorly kept place.
