Séjour très agréableHôtes sur place, très disponibles et excellente communication.Cependant il y a plusieurs marches pour accéder à l'appartement ainsi qu'à l'intérieur de celui-ci mais cela ne nous a pas causé de problèmes.

Tranquilité et confort

Location spacieuse (largement suffisante pour 4), bien équipée et très agréable. Très bon séjour et excellent accueil des propriétaires. Il y a beaucoup à voir/faire autour de Patrimonio. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Très bon séjour

Un loft très agréable, un peu juste pour cinq sur le long terme mais nous avons eu un temps magnifique donc pas de problème à ce niveau. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible, la piscine est un vrai plus et se garer est facile et gratuit.Très bien située pour visiter le cap Corse et les plages du désert des Agriates.

Logement extrêmement agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Les propriétaires étaient très charmants, discrets et très disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes ou questions. Notre parasol était défectueux et le propriétaire est venu le réparer sans que nous n'ayons eu à le lui demander. Un logement très agréable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. La cuisine était équipée d'un lave vaisselle. Deux chambres avec lits doubles ainsi que deux couchages supplémentaires. La salle de bains était jolie et pratique. Nous n'étions que trois donc le logement était amplement suffisant au niveau de l'espace. Point extrêmement positif: un petit dressing dans notre logement. Certes ce dernier est très bas de plafond mais il était bien pratique pour y disposer nos affaires. C'était la bonne surprise à notre arrivée. L'endroit est très calme, avec une jolie piscine, idéal pour les familles. Situé à 10 / 15min en voiture de St Florent. Un restaurant situé à 50 mètres du logement ainsi qu'un autre restaurant un peu plus loin. Une boulangerie également accessible à pied (nous ne l'avons pas testé). Je recommande vivement ce logement pour les familles.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool. Im Gebäude gibt es 3-4 Ferienwohnungen, also eher still. Nette Vermieter, die auch im Gebäude wohnen. Ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Saint Florent, Strand und Supermarkt. Bäcker und ein kleiner Laden direkt in 50m bzw. 150m Entfernung.

Gîte bien situé mais tout en escaliers. Piscine intéressante après les randonnées.

Deux belles semaines dans le début du Cap Corse. Muscat à recommander, les autres vins sont un peu chères.

Très bel environnement

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette location. L'appartement est au calme, une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, et la piscine est particulièrement agréable. La localisation à Patrimonio, un peu en retrait du littoral tout en restant très proche, est idéale pour qui recherche un minimum de tranquilité, surtout en août! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants, l'appartement entretenu avec soin. A noter que les chambres ne sont pas fermées, donc pas d'intimité complète, et la douche sous les toits n'est pas adaptée pour quelqu'un de très grand (au-delà d'1m80/85 ça doit devenir compliqué, ce qui n'était pas notre cas :o))

Patrimonio est très bien situé pour parcourir le cap corse, saint florent,bastia, ile rousse etc, appartement bien consu et pratique. Très bon accueil et disponibilité des propriéraires Attention par contre beaucoup de dénivelé et de marche a ne pas recommander à des personnes à mobilité réduite
