This is Amol, your host. I have been hosting on AirBnB for past 5 years and met wonderful people. This listing is one private room in newly renovated apartment and decorated considering guests comfort and convenience with competitive prices. The location is very much in center and everything is easily accessible. When you are from different country and don’t know German then being in accessible and modern location helps, I know it because I have been through it.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is located near shopping street and is well lit most of the time. We have one of the Xmas market (In Xmas time) just two minutes away from building. You can quickly travel to any location. For example you can reach to Schwedenplatz in 7 minutes from here which is a city center. All location Like Schwedenplatz, Stephanplatz, Prater, belvedere palace etc are in reachable in less than 10-12min.

You can reach City Center in 7 minutes by Metro without change. ( Schwedenplatz , stephansplatz )
12-15 Minutes away from Vienna International center by Metro without change.
There is A tram goes directly belvedere palace.
