The property can accommodate 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children) and features two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be separated into two 80-cm single beds.
The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, pyrolytic oven, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, etc.) opens directly onto the terrace and the pool. Separate bathroom on the ground floor.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sinks completes the villa’s layout on the upper floor, along with a powder room featuring a shower, vanity, and corner toilet.
Sun loungers, deck chairs, armchairs, a garden table, and chairs are at your disposal for total relaxation by the pool.

Linens (sheets, tea towels, hand towels, and bath towels) are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
