We had a lovely stay in Cauterets and this compact and well-located apartment was perfect for an active family of four. Lots to do in Cauterets even on a rainy day (hot baths, ice rink, swimming pool).

Le logement est très agréable et donne accès à une terrasse avec une vue magnifique et reposante.La cuisine comprend tous les ustensiles nécessaires à un séjour en famille.Cauterets permet de multiples activités.L’appartement est toutefois difficile d’accès pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité : il faut marcher du parking aux escaliers et monter deux étages. La mezzanine avec le lit deux places est également accessible par un escalier très raide.

Annonce Partiellement mensongère, couronnés de mauvaise foi

Nous avons vécu un véritable calvaire dans cette location qui bafoue toute honnêteté commerciale.Mensonge sur la configuration : L'annonce promet "salle à manger séparée" et "2 chambres". Réalité : un plateau unique avec une simple porte coulissante séparant l'entrée de deux lits superposés où il est impossible de s'asseoir (plafond trop bas). La mezzanine ouverte supprime toute intimité. L'escalier ? Une échelle dangereuse nécessitant de descendre à reculons.Calme inexistant : Malgré les promesses, 48 logements dans la résidence plus des centaines en contrebas. Tondeuses quotidiennes incessantes.Rénovation bâclée : Isolation phonique inexistante - nous subissons les conversations des voisins. Isolation thermique défaillante : 31C en mezzanine quand il fait 30 dehors.Sécurité catastrophique : Fils électriques 230V sans protection mécanique près du lit mezzanine et sous l'escalier. Logement non conforme aux normes, dangereux.Équipements défaillants : Télévision minuscule invisible, couverts dépareillés, joints cuisine noircis impossibles à nettoyer, réfrigérateur bruyant en permanence même en baissant le thermostat (défaillant).Baie vitrée inutilisable : Impossible à ouvrir pour femmes et personnes âgées. Le propriétaire assume cyniquement : "c'est ainsi".Bilan : Location dangereuse, mensongère, inconfortable. Nous avons enduré des conditions inacceptables. Le propriétaire fait preuve d'une mauvaise foi révoltante face à nos légitimes réclamations.À fuir absolument.

Bon séjour en famille

Très bon séjour, environnement agréable, photos conformes à la réalité, et hôte disponible pour répondre à nos questions ! Très appréciable en famille, proche nature et d'un chemin de randonnée, possibilité d'accéder rapidement aux remontée et centre ville via une petite piste, ce qui permet d'éviter la galère du stationnement dans Cauterets !

Séjour d'une semaine en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de David et sa famille. Le logement est douillet, bien équipé et la vue sur les montagnes avec les couleurs d'automne magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse couverte permettant de profiter de l'extérieur par tout les temps et le chemin dans la forêt pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Cauterets sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Les randonnées aux alentours sont splendides: cascades, lacs, rivières et Cauterets est une petite ville qui offre plein de services sympas pour les familles : médiathèque, piscine municipale, spa Thermal. Ce fut une belle découverte, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une semaine parfaite avec ski et decouverte de la région. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et à proximité de toutes les commodités. La terrasse couverte est un vrai plus!

Appartement parfait.

On a passé une semaine géniale avec mon mari et ma fille de 10 ans, l'appartement est bien situé on peut tout faire à pied c'est vraiment appréciable. Avec un balcon et une vue superbe sur les montagnes. Je reviendrais certainement durant l'été !!!
