The studio is very functional. It has a bathroom with shower. The kitchen area has an induction hob, a microwave, refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine.

The living room has a dining area and the sofa bed, very comfortable and has Air conditioning.

Travelers have access to all accommodation.

We welcome travelers in person and our concierge service is available to answer your requests.

The neighborhood of 'La Californie' in Cannes is a haven of peace where are housed the most prestigious residences and villas of Cannes.

The residence 'Palm Eden' is less than 200 m from the Montfleury complex with tennis club, children's park and indoor / outdoor pool.

Le logement de Nina et Christian est idéalement situé et équipé pour passer un beau séjour à Cannes ! L'appartement est en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos, et très bien équipé. Supermarché à 6 minutes à pied, à 15 mn à pied de la Croisette et 20 min à pied de la gare... idéal pour des personnes comme nous qui n'étaient pas véhiculées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité de Christian pour répondre à nos questions durant toute la durée du séjour ! En bref, nous recommandons à 100%
