At the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, 6 minutes by car from the beaches of the ocean and the basin, you will spend an unforgettable stay in this very pretty wooden house built in 2014 and completely renovated and redecorated in 2024. It can accommodate 8 people, adults and/or children, offers 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a large garden and a beautiful 8x4 m swimming pool, heated and sunny all day. Calm, charm and absolute comfort, for 8 people maximum. Shops nearby. Very nice walk along the canal des étangs, Cycle paths, sailing, surfing, boats, tennis, nearby.<br>You have an indoor parking space.<br>The house is rented with household linen (sheets / towels / pool linen and tablecloths) The sheets and towels are washed at 90°, particular attention is paid to the cleanliness of the accommodation in order to guarantee you an impeccable environment.

Superbe maison typique du cap ferret

Très belle maison typique du cap ferret, agencement intérieur et extérieur soigné, le jardin et comme la maison très agréable, très bonne communication avec les propriétaires, rien à dire je recommande cette demeure sans hésiter.
