Family Vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The condo was very cleaned and the beds are so comfy. We walked across the street daily to the pool and beach. Enjoyed an evening at the pier and made lots of memories. I loved that each room had their own bathrooms and having the evening view of the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beat Condo we’ve stayed at!

This condo was perfect! Very spacious and the view was breathtaking. A very short walk to the beach. We’ve probably stayed at six different condos in the last six or seven years and this one was the best!

Perfect!!

The property was absolutely perfect. Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. Three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was heaven. Loved the balcony view. Loved the swivel chairs inside with a window to look at the ocean. We would stay in the exact same condo again. 5 stars.

Family vacation

A few issues that we had was no information was given to us about where the pools gym etc were located and we found out that they were across the road. We also had to make a trip back to Thomas Realty where we checked in to get a trash chute key. Also the sheets on the beds were very rough. Loved the location of the property.

Family beach vacay

Overall very pleased just a couple of issues. The sliding glass door to the balcony did not lock ,had to go out and buy paper products not supplied and the fuse kept blowing when using the washer and dryer. Otherwise our family had a great time.

Beautiful, clean and stunning view

Excellent with two exceptions. The front door lock unit needs to be replaced. The key is hard to get in and out. Sometimes wouldn’t allow access. I called property manager 3 times about this. Also, toilet in master needs to be fixed. It moves and rocks. Other than those issues, place beautiful and well appointed.

Beach Vacation

The condo was great for our family! The living room furniture however was a bit dirty. The rest of the condo was very nice. We did have consistent issues with the door handle when trying to get into the condo. The door knob and lock kept getting stuck. Sometimes we had hot water, sometimes we did not. And the last thing I'd like to mention is a criticism on the building in general not the unit. One night it was so windy it sounded like a freight train and woke us up at 2 am. Someone who happened to be in the hall at that time said the wind sometimes gets into the HVAC and it is VERY loud! Otherwise it was a great size condo and a great location for our family!

Great Weekend Getaway

We loved the condo and the close proximity to the beach as well as shops and dining. The condo was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. We will most definitely stay here again in the future!

Extremely clean and well stocked

This is my second time vacationing in Cherry Grove and first time using staying in a location managed by Thomas Vacation Rentals. I can hands down vouch that Thomas Vacation Rentals was sooo much better then the last management company I rented from. Excellent communication, sent texts and emails updating stay info. Condo building was very well maintained. Condo itself was very clean which is a big plus considering how nasty the last place was. The beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the paper thin walls, but nothing can be done about that. Would definitely stay with Thomas again!
