This house was WONDERFUL. If I could give it more stars, I would. The house was impeccably clean (and I have very high standards), beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our spring break vacation. The weather was cold so we did not spend much time in the pool but the hot tub was great to have! The view is spectacular and you feel like you are right on the ocean. My husband wanted to make sure to say that after 40 years of coming to the beach this was the nicest stay we have ever had!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. There was a clear ocean view and it was a short walk to the beach. The poor rating for communication is because when we reserved the condo the owner told us that there was some minor construction at the back of the building replacing windows. This was not the case. It was major construction refacing the entire back of the building with loud drilling, banging and sanding on the building beginning at 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Other guests were complaining about the noise too. I had asked the owner several times before our stay how the construction was going and he said it was fine. He never mentioned the constant loud construction noise during the entire day. We did not feel like the owners were forthright about this situation. It was very disappointing.

This property is my favorite place to stay in Cherry Grove! The communication regarding check in and check out makes both processes smooth and easy. The unit is immaculately clean as well as well stocked! The location is great with ocean views and convenient access to the beach.
