This studio apartment is outstanding! The location is excellent! The hosts were pleasant and responsive. We raised our children in Chagrin Falls and love to stay in town when we visit friends there.

One of the very best vacation rentals in which I have stayed! The upstairs unit was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the Village of Chargin Falls - bakery downstairs and an ice cream shop and Starbucks on same block. The appliances, fixtures, furnishings and supplies were top of the line. Seemed a bit expensive for my needs when I booked it, but no regrets - it was worth every penny. Perfect spot for a couple or single person to stay in Chagrin Falls - and close enough for easy drive to Cleveland for its attractions.

The pictures don’t do justice to this gorgeous, spacious, wonderfully situated studio apartment. I stayed there for two nights during a hectic week-end and it was absolutely the perfect haven to return to every day. I could happily spend a week there. The only downside: the apartment gave me kitchen envy!!!

Perfect location! Perfect accommodations! Steps from the beautiful downtown waterfalls, historic shops, and restaurants! Perfect Place to stay!

Location is excellent to enjoy all Chagrin Falls has to offer! The interior is beautiful and welcoming. Great view of Riverside Park and Falls! So nice to have a place for friends to stay nearby!! Friendly and helpful owners, I just can’t say enough great things about this place!❤️

Chagrin Falls is a gem of a small town. This property is close to everything. Rachel is thorough, and quick to get back to you. The decor is wonderful. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet. There’s a picture in the listing showing the steps up to the apartment. Be aware they are steep and the rise of each step is high. There’s a very sturdy railing to hold on to. I highly recommend this place.

Literally next to coffee, ice cream and popcorn…who could want more? Perfectly located in the heart of Chagrin Falls, but also included a private, quiet retreat in the beautifully renovated historic building right on the Falls! The hosts were responsive and welcoming, and are truly gifted at creating a unique and peaceful vacation experience. Thank you!

Great Studio in the middle of Town

This was my second time staying here. I love the location. It is a huge studio with a murphy bed and a pullout couch. I haven't used the kitchen, but it is gorgeous! Lots of modern appliances. Plenty of room to relax and very quiet.

Loved this apartment!! Kitchen is amazing. Bed was super comfortable. A/Cs worked great. We loved Chagrin Falls and all the cute shops and restaurants!!! Would stay here again for sure.
