This complex of four to six bedroom villas is located in North Myrtle Beach's popular Ocean Drive area, where you'll be conveniently near the shops, cafes and fun of Main Street. Five and Six bedroom condos have 2 floors with stair access between the floors. Don't miss out on the FREE weekly outdoor concerts all summer at Main Street's "Horseshoe". You can relax on your covered porch and enjoy the beach breeze, unwind on the sundeck, or take a dip in the outdoor pool.

TOSS SOME STEAKS, burgers, or shrimp kabobs on the park-style charcoal grills and relish a fun family cookout. Several villas have family game rooms with foosball, air hockey, and touch-screen and/or video games. A full kitchen in each condo gives you the option of dining in or sampling the fare at local restaurants and cafes. The Coconut Grove villas have free Wireless Internet for your convenience. Parking restrictions prohibit trailers and/or trailered vehicles.

Nice Place To Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach. Nice clean friendly neighborhood. All the amenities of home. The arcade game was a huge success from everyone aged 3 to 51. It was aggravating to have to keep up with a physical key for entry and exit to the property. We had four keys, but it was still a hassle. I would highly suggest to get the keypad working so everyone would have access without wondering who has the key and where is the key. I would recommend this property!!

Family vacation

Had a great time. The kids loved the game room. Beds were a little uncomfortable, tubs weren’t draining quite right. Some of the dishes weren’t quite clean and some drinking glasses cracked, nothing that was a super huge deal. Just tweaks. Overall though loved unit and location, parking not so much! 😂

A little misleading...

The location of Coconut Grove is nice. One mile from OD and just across the street from beach public access. The size of the bedrooms was okay. The beds were soft but all of them "crunch" when you sit on the side. The listing is misleading - no where does it mention that the condo is two stories, PLUS, regarding the statement "5 BR 5 BA". There was no description of how these 5/5 were laid out, so one might assume that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Nope. Two of the bathrooms are on the 1st floor, along with one of the bedrooms. The two king rooms have private baths, but the other two rooms upstairs have to share a hall bath. I found it interesting that the listing has NO pictures of any of the bathrooms. The game room is actually a large area at the top of the steps, separating the king rooms from the other two BR's, but it was fun to play the video games. Laundry room was large and convenient upstairs. The kitchen is galley style and very tight. Pictures make it appear more spacious than it really is. It was stocked fairly well and we didn't really find that we needed anything that wasn't in there. Living room is big, but furniture is fabric and could use a thorough cleaning and deodorizing. Balcony off the living room is a good size and plenty of room for the whole family. But PARKING.....oh my goodness! We were excited to get 3 parking spaces....until we found the 3rd space was a wee bit larger than a golf cart-sized space. VERY tight for a Mazda 6 mid-size sedan. The other two spaces are together with a huge concrete pillar on the outer sides, making it hard to get in and out of the vehicles unless you pulled out before anyone got in them. Overall, it was just okay, especially since we didn't book until about 8 weeks ahead of time, when most other options were already taken. I think we'll start looking much sooner next summer to avoid possibly getting stuck with having to choose this property again.

East access to the beach

Easy to rent, hard to get accurate info on the property. One bedroom is down, and four are upstairs. 2 full baths are down stairs and three are upstairs. Check in was at 3pm. Condo was not ready. Waited an hour to be given the keys after 3pm.

Nice BUT…..

Nice place but carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced and living room furniture needs to be replaced. Furniture and ceiling fans were very dusty.

Amazing

Absolutely gorgeous! The only issues we had was a slight miscommunication but was resolved very quickly! We were pleasantly surprised that it was two stories. The pool was freezing and our children were unable to enjoy it. Overall a great time.
