This massive and spacious home comes with 2 large living rooms, and 5 bedrooms fully furnished with closets and chest of drawers. Washrooms are 3 in number, with a half bathroom. Amenities include Dishwasher, Dryers, Washing Machines, Microwave, Oven and stoves, and assorted kitchenware, Internet facilities, large screen TV and a Netflix account . 2 car heated garage also comes with the house. Very good for company housing during long term contracts at the oil sands and in Fort McMurray.

The Space:
Guests will access every part of the house including the basement suite.
There is a 2 car heated garage space accessed via the back alley road

The Neighborhood:
This house is a few minutes walk to Tim Hortons, Grocery shop and Movie theater. Municipal and Oil Sand bound buses have their bus stops right in front of the house.
