Wind Drift 106 is a beachfront, corner-unit with an expansive balcony overlooks the pool, BBQ area, & beach. This first-floor unit (located on the second level) makes it convenient to enjoy a cocktail on the balcony while keeping an eye on the kids at the pool. The balcony has seating for six and offers the most stunning beach views. There is seating for six at the dining table plus three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils that you will need to cook during your stay. Wind Drift 106 also features a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience plus Wi-Fi.

This well-maintained, well-appointed, spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo can comfortably sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with balcony access and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed while third bedroom has a full bed plus a futon. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Wind Drift is a low-density Condominium Complex that offers a NEW private boat launch, 1st come 1st serve boat slips (added fee), 2 pools, and private beach & bay access.

Parking fee is $62 per week. Even if the booking is less than a week, it is $62 and paid separate from the reservation through a third-party parking website controlled by the HOA.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities.

Wind Drift in Orange Beach, truly offers something for everyone. Located just to the east of Alabama Point, this complex has units on the south (beach side) and north (along Old River) of Perdido Beach Blvd. The complex features two outdoor pools, BBQ area, three tennis court, fishing pier on Old River, first-come-first-serve boat slips, and boat trailer storage ($30/day for your boat & trailer). NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
