Appartement bien placé, en plein cœur de Chinon

Appartement fidèle à l'annonce, propre mais un peu "vieillot" : fenêtre de cuisine ne s'ouvrant pas, absence de pare-douche,... Propreté globalement satisfaisante mais quelques points pouvant être améliorés : évier et égouttoir, table basse du salon avec plein de traces,.... Quelques difficultés pour joindre la propriétaire mais ensuite elle est aimable, serviable et à l'écoute. Nous sommes globalement satisfaites et l'appartement est bien situé pour profiter du vieux Chinon.
