Ocean view condo in one of Kona's most popular vacation rental complexes. Light and bright condo on the 2nd floor with an assigned parking. Alii Villas has a solar heated pool, BBQ and picnic lanai, and oceanfront seating for those famous Kona Sunsets.
Fully equipped condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We even stock most soap and paper goods. Great ocean breezes and west facing lanai area. Free WiFi and digital cable TV. NOTE there is no air conditioning in this unit.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between them and and property manager to be confirmed.
Alii Villas is located about 1.5 miles south of Kailua Pier.

Super Clean Ocean Front Condo

Unit was super clean upon arrival. Property Manager Dawn was super quick to respond to any messages, Check-In processes, no issues came up during our stay. Kitchen is stocked with most all you could need. The unit could use some minor repairs and updating, but I don’t come to Hawaii to stay in my Condo. Location is great, close to Kona town.

Kona's trip

The apartment was too small and not well furnished. It's the first time for us, so we were surprised that we were charged a cleaning fee but were required to clean before we leave.

Centrally located

It was a great location to easily get to everything. The only thing was we were not aware that there was no direct access to the water/beach. But several nice beaches were close driving distance. The property it self was wonderful, enjoyed the outside deck for our breakfast.

4 Nights in Kona

The complex and apartment was so comfortable! We had our own parking near the apartment, the unit had everything you could need, the cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs made our days spent on the beaches so much more enjoyable! We loved sitting on the balcony for our morning coffee and dinner. We fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean and woke up to the sounds of the birds in the morning. This was perfect for two of us, lots of space! Having this space made our stay in Kona so special :)
