125-square-meter duplex apartment in a bright village with a view

Large duplex (125 square metres) in the village (300 m from the pedestrian streets), easy parking. The apartment has been renovated with the desire to preserve the magnificent beams and exposed stones. It is very bright and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks. The balcony is large, facing south and often flooded with sunlight. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the pedestrian streets of the village centre but nevertheless allows parking right in front of the front door or a few metres away. You will have two double bedrooms, two single rooms. Note: the white staircase (see photo) does not have a railing (young children).

L’hébergement est spacieux et bien équipé et correspond bien à l’annonce. Idéal pour une famille. Bien situé également à deux pas du centre ville. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes. À recommander.

Escalier non conforme sans rampe, rédhibitoire pour des personnes âgées Matelas durs sans épaisseur et sans sommiers.Pas de télé, j’ai enfin trouvé les enfants spirituels d’ARPAGON

Chère Madame, Puis-je vous suggérer pour votre prochaine location de lire l’annonce attentivement ? Aucune télévision n’apparaît dans la liste des équipements. Aucune rambarde n’apparaît le long de l’escalier qui est parfaitement visible (photographie en page d'accueil de l'annonce) et qui sert depuis toujours sans le moindre incident. Par ailleurs les matelas sont non seulement épais, mais d’excellente qualité (haut de gamme) en terme de confort (je tiens à disposition les références des matelas). Enfin chacun pourra constater sur les photographies que les matelas reposent bien sur des sommiers. J’ajouterais donc une seconde suggestion : mieux vaut éviter les affirmations mensongères, surtout quand chacun peut, en consultant l’annonce comme vous auriez du le faire, vérifier votre mauvaise foi. Ne connaissant pas l’origine de tant d’aigreur je me contenterais de vous souhaiter bon courage et bonne continuation.

Magnifique location au coeur du Vercors

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement en duplex, spacieux, refait à neuf, décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé, et surtout idéalement situé pour passer de merveilleuses vacances avec un accès direct aux espaces naturels tout en bénéficiant de la proximité avec le centre de Villard-de-Lans. Merci à Nina et Lionel pour la qualité de leur accueil… et la mise à disposition de leur bibliothèque (pour tous les âges!).

Un bel espace à vivre

Proche du centre 5 minutes à pied.ne vous fiez pas à l entrée un peu vétuste de la résidence. L appartement est lui tout restauré avec sobriété et goût. On s'y sent bien. l'espace à vivre vaste a été largement apprécié. Linge de toilette et draps fournis sont un vrai plus. L equipement électroménager est pratique .bref on recommande.
