Winston at Rosemary is a beautiful 4 bed/4.5 bath house that sleeps 14 with a great private pool. Situated on the border between Rosemary beach and Inlet Beach, this perfect location allows for a 2 min walk to the heart of Rosemary, and a day long bike ride along 30A. Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach offer great shops, open air markets and plenty to do. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, a restful week, or a fun multi-family vacation, Winston at Rosemary is a perfect home for you.

Walking in from the pool deck, you enter a great open living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of seating to dine or watch TV. Take the stairs or elevator to the second and third floor bedrooms and great balconies. The second floor has one king-master suite and a second king bedroom. The third floor has one king master suite, a second king bedroom and 4 full-sized hallway bunks. Additionally, if you need additional space, there is an available carriage house for rent that sleeps 4 with a queen master and king-sized sleeper sofa. With your private pool, proximity to the beach, off-street parking for 2 vehicles and the proximity to Rosemary you may never need to drive while on vacation.

Great location! Nice house but elevator did not work at all during our stay, sewage smell on second floor by laundry room and outside, and we were unaware that we had to share pool and outdoor area with people in guest house. However, we had a great time.

Excellent, would highly recommend

We had an issue with workers in the garage. They broke a water line and had to turn off the water for a few hours. Unfortunately it was right when we were getting ready for dinner. I called Paradise Properties and they were so nice about it and made things right for us!

Family Vacation

The Winston at Rosemary was ideal for our family of 13. The grandkids loved the bunk area, especially having their own tv viewing. The house was great, clean and had all we needed for our time. Easy access to the beach--we had bikes making it even quicker than the short walk. The crosswalk was great and traffic no problem as most people expect walkers, bikers in the area. Our family had the best time and would stay here again. The pool was a big plus for the kids during the evening hours. Thank you.
