La Champanaise - 2 bedroom apartment 300m from Lake Annecy

Welcome to the Champanaise apartment!

Located two minutes walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.

Discover a charming apartment in a new building, in the center of a beautiful lake village.
Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two separate bedrooms, separate toilets, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a quiet terrace, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living/living room.
You will reach the lake in less than 3 minutes on foot: only 300 meters separate the apartment from the lake!

Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160x200cm and storage.
High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

Linen will be provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

The restaurants and shops are within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.

Duingt, also called «the pearl of the lake», is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains.
Visit its old village, admire its two castles and enjoy its calm!

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für einen 4 Personenaufenthalt. Die Küche erstklassig ausgestattet, die Tür zum Badezimmer, die noch eingebaut werden soll, bringen dann den vollen Komfort. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr gut.

La Champanaise

Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage für den Lac d'Annecy. Das Zentrum des Örtchens Duingt, dessen Straßen nicht dauerverstopft sind wie die von Annecy, ist mit dem Rad auf ebenem Gelände in zwei Minuten erreichbar (dort ist der Bäcker), der öffentliche Strand (auch sehr sauber und mit sanitären Anlagen) in drei Minuten. Wanderwege und die Voie Verte befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist rückseitig im Haus, das heißt, es ist dort sehr ruhig, heißt aber auch, es gibt nur am Mittag Sonne auf dem Balkon. Sie ist sehr geräumig; man muss - wenn man zu viert bucht - aber wissen, dass das Bad nur durch eines der beiden Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet und (fast) sehr sauber (Schränke werden in Ferienwohnungen vermutlich nie ausgewischt). Die Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten ist sehr hochwertig. Eine Grundausstattung von Verbrauchsgegenständen für Küche, Bad und Notfälle ist vorhanden. Die "Betreuung" durch die Conciergerie du Lac war hervorragend.

Prestations haut de gamme

Séjour tout confort dans cet appartement décoré avec beaucoup de raffinement. Idéalement situé au coeur du village de Duingt, proche du lac et de sa plage, sans subir les désagréments du tourisme de masse. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il y a même des jeux de société, DVD et livres pour les enfants. Nous recommandons vivement!

Séjour à la Champanaise

Nous venons d'y passer quelques jours. L'appartement est magnifiquement situé, tout près du lac et complètement à l'abri des bruits de la circulation routière. Il est décoré avec goût et possède des équipements de qualité. Un bémol toutefois qui tient à un défaut de conception: la salle de bain n'est accessible que par la chambre principale. Nous y avons séjourné avec un couple d'ami et le passage obligé par notre chambre à coucher a nécessité de la délicatesse entre nous pour ne pas se gêner. A part cela, un excellent séjour.

Appartement très récent, à la décoration soigné, situé dans un coin très calme tout en étant très proche des commerces de première nécessité. Nombreux départs de randonnées et proximité du lac (500m) ainsi que de la voie verte (100m). Accueil très convivial et efficace.

Magnifique séjour

Ling week-end au lac d'Annecy

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec de jeunes enfants. L'appartement est très bien placé au calme et au départ de plusieurs balades. L'appartement est très fonctionnement (manquait juste un micro-onde très pratique en vacances!) et très agréable en famille. Bel appartement à Duingt

La location est très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour sans problème. Calme et proche d'une supérette et d'une boulangerie. Pas de problème pour garer la voiture, parking devant la porte et un garage dans le sous-sol, ascenseur du garage au 2 ème étage, très pratique pour décharger les valises.Tout était très soigné. L'appartement est joliment décoré et très bien équipé dans la cuisine rien ne manque. Accueil et suivit par Aurélien parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
