Great house in great location

The house and garden are lovely. The minute we walked in, we felt at home. Plenty of space. All kitchen stuff is there... and more. Lots of clever storage. Town is nearby. Would love to come back one day.

Belle maison très bien équipée. A proximité de la plage. Circuits vélo longeant l'océan top pour les amateurs de vélo Marchés de Préfailles et Tharon, visite de Pornic, La Plaine sur Mer, Saint Michel Chef Chef, Guérande, Saint Nazaire et son sous-marin...

Maison tranquille et agréable

Logement bien aménagé, lumineux et agréable pour passer quelques jours en famille. Situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage (idéal avec les enfants) et de la Pointe Saint Gildas.

Anmerkung: - Bett im Erdgeschoss sehr unpraktisch, da das Beziehen des Bettes nur von vorn möglich ist, - Garten war etwas ungepflegt, Rasen nicht gemäht, Ansonsten war die Ausstattung sehr gehoben und modern. Ein schönes Haus.

Belle maison a proximité de la plage

Il ne manque rien à cette maison tout confort.... 400m de la mer rejoindre le centre en voiture (5min)et vous passerez d agreables moments au resto (le centre, mr jo,...) proprietaire au top ayez confiance les yeux fermés

Une maison lumineuse et spacieuse, très bien équipée et très proche de la pointe St Gildas, de la plage. Au calme. Un vrai plaisir ! Propriétaires bienveillants.

Sejour court mais très réussi

Sejour très agréable et très calme hors vacances scolaires. La mer,les plages et le sentier des douaniers sont tout proches et permettent de très belles promenades. La maison est très claire et trèsbien équipée, la terrasse très agréable. Les hôtes sont très disponibles.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné chez Eda pendant 2 semaines : tout était parfait ! La localisation (à 2 pas de la plage), la maison (très bien équipée), la gentillesse de la propriétaire... Rien à redire ! Nous y reviendrons !

Schönes Ferienhaus an ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Platz her ist es ideal für 4 Personen. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Auch die Lage ist tipp topp, zu Fuss ist man in 3 Minuten am Meer. Beim FeWo Inserat ist aufgeschaltet, dass Bettwäsche und Frottierwäsche vorhanden sind und dass die Endreinigung inklusive ist. Laut Vermieterin stimmt das nicht. (kann dazugebucht werden) Gut mit der Besitzerin im Voraus abklären was jetzt wirklich inklusive ist. Wir hatten entsprechend nichts dabei. Die Besitzerin hat uns aber die Sachen dann sehr schnell organisiert und gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Ende gut, alles gut! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und das Haus ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Agréable séjour

De retour après quelques jours à Préfailles dans cette jolie maison, nous avons passé de très chouette moment en famille. La situation de la maison est parfaite, très proche de la mer et du chemin côtier. Ideal pour la pêche à pied! La maison est vraiment agréable, pratique même avec des enfants en bas âge. La décoration, les équipements, l'aménagement intérieur et extérieur, tout est fait pour qu'on en manque de rien et qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignable et attentifs aux besoins de leurs visiteurs. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison, nous y reviendrons c'est sur!

Maison agréable et idéalement placée sur un superbe littoral.

L’accueil fut chaleureux avec une propriétaire aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. Maison récente, décoration et équipement moderne, jardin clos agréable. 5 mn à pied d’une jolie crique pour se baigner et du sentier du littoral. 25 mn à pied du bourg et ses commerces. De belles vacances.
