The home is right next to Deep Run Beach, where guests will find a public beach with a lifeguard, grassy lawns, plus picnic tables and grills. The nearby Canandaigua Lake offers great fishing, kayaking, and other water sports. Many great hiking and biking trails are nearby, including the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Guests are just six-and-a-half miles from the town of Canandaigua and the Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is just under 19 miles from the home.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
