Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was lovely, nicely furnished, well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We knew the resort was closed due to Covid but still enjoyed the neighborhood pool. This home does not sleep 6 as advertised. The 3rd bedroom is a den with a regular sofa (not a pull out/sleeper) so one person in our party of 4 had to sleep on that sofa. Also, this home is on the golf course in the middle of the fairway. It was hit almost every day by golf balls (and there weren't many golfers in mid-July during COVID) so we wouldn't sit on back patio. The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and the hot tub and small pool were delightful. We would stay here again for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to cancel our travel plans due to the coronavirus outbreak. We had booked a one week stay at this property, which was rather expensive. When we asked for special consideration (meaning a full refund) upon cancellation of our booking, we were told the best they could offer was 50% and acted like they were doing us a favor. Of course we felt completely ripped off. These people are heartless. It made us realize that if we had stayed there during a normal period and something bad had happened during our stay, they would have offered us no support whatsoever. Stay clear of this property.
