Lovely spot

Perfect little apartment for our stay in Nice. Host was very organised and friendly with great communication throughout the whole lead up and stay. Apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location for accessing restaurants, cafes, trains and the beach. Thanks for having us!

Quick visit to Nice

This location was absolutely perfect for us as it allowed for very easy access to Old Nice as well as all the shops, beaches and activities close by. The Intermarche supermarket being very close by was very helpful to get some daily supplies as well. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable for us. Great contact and communication with Laure made it very easy to check in and out. Thank you.

Nice - nice

We enjoyed our stay the air con was fantastic and as it was very hot while there it was a pleasure to come home to the cool. Only issues we found the double door entry a little painful and getting hot water for the morning shower took a long long time and wasted a lot of water. Could do with a new sofa bed in the living room as the current one is a little tired.

Perfect location

This is really a perfect small apartment located walking distance to everything. The beach is literally a few minutes away and there are many restaurants and shops right out your door. We stayed at several rentals in Europe and it was nice to have only a flight of stairs to navigate….and there’s even a lift! The check in process was exactly on the allotted time and they were very flexible with our arrival time plus they allowed us to check out later (which was nice so we could shower after a day at the beach). The apartment is a bit tiny but there is a washing machine plus air conditioning which was very appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Good for the price but check in and check out process is not good

The location of this rental is really good and it is a good size for a couple and reasonably priced. Main downside is you have to make an appointment for the check in and check out process which gives you much less flexibility on your holiday as you have to stick to time and also if someone else takes your check out slot you have to wait at least 30 mins. For us the owner was also 45 minutes late for our check in which wasted time on our holiday. The tone of the hosts messages is also slightly rude. Can't leave bags either before or after check out.Curtains are very thin so you get all the light in from the street.Bed and pillows aren't very comfortable.
