THIS SPECTACULAR VILLA has a spacious and beautifully decorated efficiency luxury owner's suite on the first floor at $2900 usd/month, $900 usd/week , with a queen bed and extra sleeping area, private terrace with great ocean views. Renting from mid November to May 31st. We overlook a small cultural community specializing in the arts, on the Tenacatita Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Only a few minutes walk down to the town center which features many shops and an artisans market on Fridays, and the beach, said to be the safest for swimming on the Costalegre.

The apartment has fantastic ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, a queen size plus a sleep sofa, and maid service three times per week. Guests have access to the swimming pool, wireless internet.

At night, visit one of several special restaurants some offering live music and dancing. Enjoy classes and workshops in painting, ceramics, language, cooking, dance and yoga. Enjoy pickle ball, tennis, boating, and fishing. Several world class resorts are located nearby. Melaque and Barra de Navidad can be reached by bus and taxi daily for additional shopping and banking. Manzanillo airport is 40 min. by taxi.

Property was amazing. Short walk into town and beach. Very spacious and beautifully decorated with all amenities you would need. Pool was lovely

Host did not send all the directions to the house . They stopped in town so we had to call himm He sent a friend to get us in but he had overbooked our apt. The current people did not leave til the following day so he gave us another much smaller unit with a queen bed and an old uncomfortable fold out bed. The view was spectacular but since we needed 2 decent beds I spent a very uncomfortable night on the fold out. The larger apt did not get cleaned untill after we moved in and not fully then.He didnt give us the door code tol the day before we left so we couldn't lock up and he didnt respond to messages in a timely manner. Fortunately the other vacationers in the bldg were very nice and we enjoyed their company but not being made aware of the overbooking beforehand was not acceptable and very time consuming.
