You’re just 10 minutes from several beaches and 5 minutes from the “Lac de Caniel” recreation centre, which offers a variety of activities (children’s playground, summer toboggan run, water ski lift, beach, pedal boats, paddleboarding, etc.)

The house features spacious rooms, including 3 bedrooms of about 14 m² each with a double bed (one of which has an en suite shower), and one 9 m² bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds on the bottom and 1 on the top).
