Nice property

Nice house, 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large and nice garden. The house is a little outdated, but has everything you need. The only downside is that there is only one toilet, which is not enough for 8 people. The communication was very good.

The house is really nice, well equipped and clean. The area is beautiful. The only surprise is that we did not have access to WiFi. But our 4G was sufficient. Very good communication with the owner. He is very responsive. Thanks again for the nice stay. Real value for money!

Family Holiday in Normandy

We rented the house with eight people, five adults and three children. It is in a quiet location, has a beautiful and large garden from which you can even see the sea, and you can get to a great beach in a 15 minutes walk on a small road. These are the plus points of the house. The house is rented with four bedrooms. De facto, however, there are only three. The fourth "bedroom" is an open gallery upstairs, onto which three other rooms open. There is only one toilet in the whole house, which also has no window but only a fan for ventilation. With eight people, an absolute no-go. In the bathroom on the ground floor, the drain was blocked and the shower hose was defective. Many light bulbs in the house were broken. Overall, the house made a somewhat loveless impression and was also not very clean, especially the kitchen unfortunately not, the waste bin on top of that completely defective. For us it was also a bit strange that we had to fetch the garden furniture - dirty - from the garage ourselves, the parasol was unusable as the stand was broken. With a reasonable situation in the sanitary facilities and if it was clean we could recommend it. However, with a maximum of six people and not in this condition.

L'evaluation laissée fait référence à des éléments visibles dans le descriptif de l'annonce. Le logement a été contrôlé par la commission de tourisme departemental qui au vue de la visite effectuée a labelisé celui-ci pour une capacité 8 personnes. Pour ce qui est des problèmes d'évacuation, le locataire précédent n'a pas signalé d'incident au moment de son départ et tout était fonctionnel quand le ménage a été effectué au changement de locataire. De plus aucun contact n'a été pris pour me signaler le problème rencontré pendant le séjour.N'étant pas informé,je ne pouvais pas prendre contact avec l'entreprise compétente agin d'effectuer l'intervention nécessaire.

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt! Es entsprach in allen Belangen dem Inserat. Der Garten ist sehr gross. Das Haus ist älter, aber für uns 2 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager super, da auch sehr geräumig! Der Empfang vom Besitzer war top, die Kommunikation mit ihm auch, einfach und unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder

Sympathique sejour

La maison est bien placée, très propre avec tout le necessaire : lave linge, lave vaisselle , fer a repasser etc... Elle a un tres beau jardin et la place pour garer plusieurs véhicules. On appercoit même la mer depuis la terasse . Je recommande cet hébergement.

le gîte a beaucoup d'atouts: emplacement, 2 stationnements voiture, espace et luminosité.Mais aussi de sévères lacunes:absence de toilettes au premier étage, pas de lave-main dans les toilettes, pas de rideau de protection autour de la baignoire et surtout rien pour faire sécher quoi que ce soit en particulier les serviettes de toilette. Moins grave: pas de saladier ni carafe!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est confortable et pratique, proche des plages, des commerces et restaurants, de musées (besoin d’une véhicule), tout en étant au calme. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du jardin qui doit cependant être bien agréable au beau temps. La description et les photos correspondaient parfaitement.

Tres bonne. Nous avons passés un tres bon sejour. Gite super avec un grand jardi tres apprécié par nos chiens qui etaient les bienvenus car beaucoup ne sont plus d accord d accepter des chiens. A recommandé surtout avec des chiens.

Wij houden van rust en dat vonden we in dit huis en in de grote tuin. Het huis was heel goed in orde en aangenaam om in te verblijven, ook het tuinmeubilair was heel praktisch. De keuken was gerieflijk met voldoende materiaal (enkel pollepel ontbrak :)) De 4de slaapkamer bleek geen aparte kamer te zijn maar een overloop/doorgang met een zetelbed/slaapbank met heel smalle matrasjes (tss 60-70cm en lengte ook te kort voor iets grotere persoon). De twee slaapkamers,de trap en de badkamer kwamen uit op deze overloop/doorgang.Dus als er 's nachts iemand naar het toilet moest dan werd je hierdoor gewekt, geen privacy. Het was echt een grote teleurstelling, onze genodigden (koppels) konden hierdoor niet blijven slapen.Dus beter spreken over 3 slaapkamers en slaapbank op gang.

Le gîte a été classé à son ouverture par le département du Pas de Calais en meublé de tourisme 2 étoiles d'une capacité d'accueil de 8 couchages. Le couchage situé sur le palier est un clic clac de taille standard 140x190. Il est situé sur un palier comme indiqué dans la description.
