2BR Oceanview Sleeps 5

Sunshine & Lollipops! Salt Spray & Lemon Drops! Hurray! You've found us!!! Now come check us out! We're right across the street from the beach access and we've got amazing views of the ocean! This spacious 2-bedroom unit (with ample 2-car parking!), features hardwood and carpet floors, a large bathroom, kitchen with ALL the appliances, and a huge living/dining room. There's a BIG Roku smart TV to stream whatever you desire and we're literally STEPS away from the beach! (It's only 100', but who's counting!?) Plus, we're located on a great dead-end street, so no speeding cars or traffic to worry about here! There's NO reason you shouldn't be reserving your spot already! GET HERE!

We're located on the second floor of a small, private 6-unit complex. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious with a huge Roku smart TV, comfy couches, a table, kitchen bar seating, and plenty of natural sunlight! Our sliding glass doors in the living room lead right out onto the deck and overlook gorgeous ocean views!

The master bedroom is roomy, with its own closet, queen bed, and 32" Roku smart TV. It also has a private entrance out to the big deck with amazing views!

There's also a large bathroom with a tub-shower.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a bunk bed and an additional twin bed!

Outside, there are 2 large enclosed showers with hot water to shower off the sand from the beach (which is RIGHT across the street!) It's the perfect vacation space!

Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!

Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.

Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate

Great for the price
The location of the property couldn’t have been better. We had an issue with a fire alarm battery that we called and reported but it was never addressed while we were there. Also the place was extremely damp and musty smelling, which I know can happen on the beach, but this was worst then anywhere I’ve stayed before. Over all I would stay here again because of how great the location is.

Our Stay
The house was vey clean though sparsely furnished. We were generally OK but have the following suggestions: this house will sleep five but has a bare minimum of sullies for the kitchen. It would be virtually impossible to prepare a meal for a whole family. The outside shower is helpful but the pressure is low and there is no hot water. Since it was warm it wasn’t an issue but could be at times. With only one bathroom, it would be nice to have the outside shower working well. The microwave is very low power and though new, will barely heat anything especially from the frig. Just a few modest upgrades would help.

It was fine
Pros -Property was very clean -Great location (just a few steps from the beach) -Met our needs -Trash bins onsite Cons -Some repairs are needed. Missing two cabinet doors, Knob missing from cabinet door in bathroom, Sliding glass door had no lock...just a bar to slide behind the door -Parking was confusing. Someone was in our spot all weekend which resulted in us parking our vehicles in someone else's spot. -No bunkbeds. This didn’t bother us at all but if I had promised my kids they were getting bunkbeds and we got there and it was a daybed with a trundle they would have been mad. So just FYI... -no ice maker Overall, it was fine. Just needs a little TLC
