About this property
Aiken- Downtown Historic Cottage- Golf, Horses, Tennis, Bruce's Field
This adorable cozy cottage home was purchased in January of 2020, freshly painted inside, and decorated by a local well known Aiken designer from Nandina. At that time it also was updated with all new furnishings and bedding. It has plenty of on- street and some off- street parking, a charming private courtyard all on .5 acre lot. Sit on the porch swings, take a walk to the famous horse district, downtown or to the fabulously popular Wilcox Inn. Its all right around this home's location. Whiskey Road is just a block away which is the main commercial corridor of Aiken. The location just doesn't get any better. Note: Cottage is not suitable for children 14 and under due to antiques, designer decor, glass possessions, etc.
