We had a wonderful stay. The house is conveniently located near downtown Aiken. We were extremely happy with the house. It was clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. It was too cold to be outside, but the backyard is large with lots of outdoor seating. If we need to get a home for any future trips, we would definitely try to rent this house.
A lovely home. Rooms are spacious with attractive and comfortable furniture. Large kitchen and laundry room with like new appliances. Neighborhood quaint and quiet. We didn’t have a pet but it is pet friendly without the pet smells/hair. Definitely recommend this home to anyone for their stay in Aiken.
The house is fantastic. Really nicely done. Great location, close drive to Bruce’s field. Very easy and clear check in instructions. Would definitely stay here again.
Great home ..fantastic yard..and wonderful neighborhood
This home has a very nicely arranged floor plan. The backyard is large and private . The entire house is very clean. And the neighborhood is beautiful and lovely to walk around.
This is the cutest home; very clean, tidy, has everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Great layout, big backyard. Absolutely would stay here again!
This is our second stay at this property. It was clean, roomy and the outside covered gas grill was perfect for grilling burgers.
The host was responsive and helpful.
The property was clean and comfortable and conveniently located.
It features a large fenced-in backyard and a covered area for grilling or just sitting outside to relax.
The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.
We traveled for a youth polo tournament @ new bridge polo club . Wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful home but we where super busy every day home was clean and plenty of room
We were 3 couples attending a wedding in Aiken. The house was perfect for us. The only disadvantage is that we would have preferred queen beds.
The house was immaculate and living space was very comfortable. The amenities were a plus…
We would definitely stay in the house again!

Thank you for the kind review. Nancy and her group were wonderful renters. We would be glad to host them again.
The place was located conveniently near downtown Aiken. The entire Aiken area is quaint and has that small town vibe. The hosts were quick to respond to texts, and were told they about a few adjustments for the next guests, like the master bath glass shower door and entertainment cabinet door which I pointed out upon our arrival. The only issue that couldn’t be addressed during our short stay was unfortunately the cockroaches. Once we saw them in the kitchen in the evenings we felt the need to kill them and clean up. Each time we reached for a dish, mug or glass out of the cabinet we washed them. We found them in the bathroom early morning, too. It is a shame because the place is spacious and nicely decorated while offering a lot of extras. Living down south one may see more bugs, but it just turned us off.

Our next few guests have not seen bugs. We appreciate the feedback and have taken steps on preventing this issue.
Booked this house while in Aiken attending the fall steeplechase. This year it just happened to be on my daughters 16th birthday. Booked this house based on the pictures and location. Pictures are accurate. My family loved the house. Perfect place to celebrate my daughters birthday. Location was close to steeplechase and restaurants. Definitely would return.
